I built Tactical Talk because I got tired of watching the game being played badly.

I watched leaders make decisions driven by greed instead of integrity. I watched good people lose negotiations they should have won because they didn't know how to handle someone negotiating in bad faith. I watched ethical behavior get punished while unethical behavior got rewarded. I kept telling myself the same thing: someone has to do something about it.

Eventually I realized: if I wanted to see ethical leadership in the world, I was going to have to get in the game and start leading by example.

Innovation With Purpose

Tactical Talk isn't just a communication tool. It's a commitment to a specific worldview — that technology should level the playing field, not widen the gap. That real-time AI coaching shouldn't be a weapon used against people. It should be a shield that protects them.

We built Detection Shields that identify manipulation in real-time. We built Legal mode for the small-firm attorney going up against a Fortune 500 defense team. We built Interview mode for the candidate who's just as qualified as the executive across the table but doesn't speak the same coded language. Every mode is an attempt to hand the advantage back to the person who's been denied it.

That's what innovation with purpose looks like. Not disruption for its own sake. Not AI because it's trendy. Technology that puts ethics into the tools people actually use, at the moments that actually matter.

The Real Problem We're Solving

High-stakes conversations trigger a stress response that shuts down the prefrontal cortex. Cortisol floods the system. Preparation evaporates. The person with the most training, the calmest nervous system, or the most expensive coach wins — regardless of who's right, who's prepared, or who deserves to.

That's not fair. And until now, it's been unfixable.

An AI that listens in real-time, understands context, and delivers tactical advice in under 3 seconds — that's not just a superpower. It's a leveler.

What Drives Me

Every time someone uses Tactical Talk to land the job they deserved, close the deal they earned, or walk away from the manipulator who was trying to wear them down — it validates the whole thesis.

You don't change systems by complaining about them. You change them by building the tools that make the old ways obsolete.

We're just getting started.
